How to Fix Apps not downloading on Xbox series S

I recently just bought a brand new Xbox series S and I’ve had nothing but trouble. From it only downloading at 20 kbs to now not even downloading apps. I’ve resolved the first problem but I’m still stuck on the second. Any new game, update, or dlc downloads fine but as soon as I try anything labeled as a “app” the bar stays at 0.0% and doesn’t download. This has not been a good experience so far and I just want to enjoy the rest of the time with it so I don’t go for a refund. How do I fix this?

Go to Settings>System>Console Information

And restart keeping your games.

Note that the console accounts will be removed, so you will need to have the email and password for each account to log back in.

Your progress, achievements, purchases and other data will remain intact, don't worry about that, you won't lose any data, the only thing you need to do is to log in again.

What are you trying to install on?

Xbox series x or s or pc?

And no xbox one s or x don't count they aren't even series

Why would you think 10 year old hardware would run a game that give 3-5 year old pcs trouble

Once redeemed on series x or s you download via your ready to install

If you are talking about pc well depends what you redeemed it on xbox app or steam you download via whichever app you download it kn

Go to 'My Games & Apps'

Scroll down to 'Applications' and click on 'Xbox Game Pass'

Scroll down to 'Recently Added'

You will only be able to download the Xbox Series S/X version on an Xbox Series S/X. Do you get an error message when trying to launch the Xbox One version?

Both consoles are digital...it's just the Series S is Digital only whereas the Series X is both Digital and Physical.
