How to fix an issue with video not working

1. Power off your console, and then unplug the power cord to ensure that the console is completely powered off.

2. Wait 30 seconds, and then plug the power cord back in.

3. Press and hold the Pair button and then press the Xbox button on the console.

4. Continue holding the Pair button for 10-15 seconds.

5. Listen for two “power-up” tones a couple of seconds apart. You can release the Pair button after the second power-up tone.

Thanks for replying, the console isn’t a disk version and I’ve tried pressing the connect and power button until something hallowed but the console just turned on and off again, if you know how to help with that please.

I have the same issue. Been watching like 10 videos of how to fix this, it just doesnot work. Microsoft want us simply to buy a new controller, because my perspective, the issue is from my controller.
