How to fix add new account?

2. Select Settings.
3. Select System.
4. Select Console info
5. Select Reset console.
6. Select Reset and keep my games & apps

Hi Darhyl, I tried the factory reset and it didn’t work, I’m still getting the white screen flash when I click on the add new button. Is there anything else I can do?

Fixed it with this:

Hold down Windows + X + A , enter the following two lines of instructions to create a new administrator local account:

Net user User 123 / add

Net localgroup administrators User / add

( User is a new account, 123 is a new password)

Re-switch to Microsoft account login

If you remove your profile and add it again it might fix the issue.

This is how you remove it and add it back. Only takes a minute.
