How to fix a stuck achievement

So I’ve been playing AC (Assassin Creed) for quite a while and I’ve have came across a problem with the achievement called “Seeing Red” the achievement has been stuck on 90% and I have tried to restart my console to fix it but it did not work, I have made a new game save that did not work either, my Xbox status is up and everything seems to be working properly except for this achievement.

Kindly check if your achievement is showing online. Please sign in at Xbox.com.

Select your profile icon in the upper-right corner, and then select Xbox profile > Achievements.

Select the title of the achievement that you're trying to unlock.

If the achievement appears under Achievements, it's already unlocked.

go to your Xbox Settings. Select Network Settings > Advanced Settings. Under Change Settings select Alternate MAC Address> select Clear. Allow the console to restart when prompted then try to check your achievements again.

I am having the problem where achievement progress is frozen. I'm stuck on 2 achievements on Diablo 3 currently.

Greed over Need, stuck on 3%

Demolition Derby, stuck on 80%

How is this problem resolved?

One of my achievements is stuck and I'd like it fixed.

"Window Shopping" - Play 4 different unique game types in Halo 2 multiplayer.

Stuck at "Done! Unlocking..."

Stuck since 2/7/15, around 3:30 PM EST.

Please fix this. Thanks!

I have retried earning the achievement again,deleted local save and relaunched game and tried both these steps n a friends Xbox One but still nothing.

This achievement has been stuck since before TWD:S2 achievement and I've never had one stuck for this long,I don't believe that it will fix itself after this amount of time.
