How to fix a strict NAT behind a port-symmetric NAT

So I have been having problems with my new router and getting my NAT type to open. It's currently strict and behind a port-symmetric NAT and I have problems with getting booted from games

What Country/State/Province do you live in? California

Modem brand & model number: cisco DPC3008

Router brand & model number: Afoundry EW1200

Wired or wireless: Wireless

Things you have tried: Most of the obvious ideas or ones easily found on youtube

Is UPnP Enabled? Unknown

Do you have a NAT error? If so, what is your NAT type? No

Any Error Codes you encounter:

Who is your ISP?(Internet Service Provider): Spectrum (Charter)

Update, no settings have changed.

Have strict nat again, detailed nat is "your network is behind a port preserving port symmetric nat.

Do you happen to know if your ISP are using Carrier grade NAT?

I switched it to Energy Saver mode and I am still getting a Strict NAT. I've turned off UPnP and my Firewall as well now. For about 5 minutes earlier with this exact set up I showed an open NAT with a Cone NAT but now it's back to Strict NAT with it being
behind a Port-Preserving port-symmetric NAT

Exactly the settings i had before and its still Strict NAT, when i do multiplayer test, it still shows behind a port symmetric NAT. Didn't get me anywhere.
