i started downloading forza horizon 5 and now i am getting a error 0x00000000 how to fix it how to fix it

Solution 1: Error 0x80073D26 or 0x00000001 occurs when you try to install, update, or launch a game on a Windows 10 device | Xbox Support, please click on this link which provides troubleshooting steps for Error 0x00000000.

Solution 2: Reset Windows 10 store & Xbox app

1. Open Settings.

2. Go to Apps -> Apps & features.

3. On the right side, look for Microsoft Store/Xbox App and click it.

4. The advanced options link will appear. Click it

5. Next, click on the Reset button to reset Microsoft Store/Xbox App to default settings.

Solution 3: Play games offline on Windows 10 using Offline mode; this error could also be attributed to issues with the Microsoft store not recognizing your entitlement to the game. Also, in case anyone is wondering (or, more ideally, it would prove useful) these are the two error codes I have gotten. On the first Xbox one, I was getting error code "0x8B0500B6 0x00000000 0x00000200", and on the brand new xbox one I am getting the
error code "0x87DD0016 0x00000000 0x00000200". Before you recommend it, yes, I have already looked up what these error codes mean and how to solve them, all suggestions fail, and seeing as this new xbox one is brand new, I don't see how it could possibly need
a repair.
