How to find the information of all your purchases such as dates and order number

You can find the order history for your Microsoft account using the following link:

Make sure to adjust the time filter to "All available" so that you can see all purchases and not just those from the last 3 months.

There, you'll be able to find the dates of your purchases and their corresponding order numbers.

n pc when accessing your microsoft account, go to payment and subscriptions or billing there you will find the information of all your purchases such as dates and order number

For a refund it has be a DIGITAL purchase, not a physical purchase.

To refund a digital purchase, please following link: https://www.xbox.com/refund

You will need to sign in to the Xbox Live account that made the purchase.

You will need all Order numbers and Dates of the purchase to fill out the webform. You can obtain this information on https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders

You will need to go to the Payment And billing tab and then Order history to get the desired information to fill out the webform.

Sorry to hear it. If the card is only on your account you should be able to see the purchases by logging in to
account.microsoft.com and checking your order history. Mark down the date and order number of the purchases. Then go to
xbox.com/refund and fill out the refund request form for the items. Be sure to include the order date and number of the purchases.

If you cannot see any unknown purchases on your account then you should contact your credit card company to report the purchase
