How to find save file after game pass expires?

Hello Jiahahah, all your progress is saved in your Microsoft cloud account, if you buy the subscription again you will continue the game where you left off.

I'm sorry but save files from games from the Microsoft store all infected and not able to be used on other versions of the title. The save file would be useless to you

addtinal info: Only thing that could happen is, that you have to download the game again fter GP expired cause you had downloaded it first with the Game pass license. Your save files will remain in the cloud.

Unfortunately the Game Pass for PC requires Windows 10. So it will not work on Windows 7.

Game saves will continue to work if you buy a game after your subscription expires.

I figured out the issue but don’t know how to fix it with Xbox game pass.

You have to roll back your save to a previous save and your game will work. I even started a new character to test it out and no issue, game started right up.

But I don’t want to lose my 60 hour character, and on Xbox game pass it doesn’t save the game the same way steam does.

Anyone know how to roll back your save with a game pass save file?
