    How to find/retrieve Xbox One notifications that have been cleared


    I had several notifications on my dashboard for various free DLC codes from playing certain games (such as the Forza Horizon 3 Warthog code) that disappeared after starting one download and going back to the notifications on the dashboard. I am assuming
    that the notifications got cleared by accident. How do I recover these old notifications and/or get back the several free DLC codes that the notifications were giving me?

    No "XXX is online" notification

    For the last few days I haven't been receiving friend online notifications, not even the annoying beacon notifications.

    The notification box is checked.

    I have cleared the cache and power cycled console, router, and modem.

    The only thing I can think of is that I changed my gamertag. Would this be the cause of this??

    You would need to post in the Sales and Promotions forum so support can resend you the codes. You will have to give them a list of the codes you're looking for.

    free 3 months of xbox game pass notification gone

    I got the same notifications of three months of PC game pass for free via Windows 10 Notifications. I didn't click "redeem now", but clicked on the notification rectangle itself, and it just disappeared, as if I was trying to clear the notification. I can't find any sign of how where to locate this offer now.

    All I do is click on the tab at the top left to enter them and then it close.

    That clears them out.

    I have looked for the option but have yet to find any way to get rrid of past notifications. I would assume that there is no optionn for it right now and that it will be added later on.

    There is not a way to clear out the notifications in that feed.
