    How to find out why my account had an infringement on it for a 24 hour ban.


    so i found out the today that my account had a 24 hour ban on it (not that i remember not being able to log in at for a 24 hour time frame in the last 2 weeks), apparently i broke a rule of conduct on my profile and so now everything just says Code Of Conduct.
    problem is, i haven't changed anything on my profile for years without having an issue and as far as i can tell it didnt break any rules that they have for conduct and because it was only a 24 hour ban i cant have a case review, so how am i suppose to know
    what i did wrong ? as i said my profile has had the same bio for years (since black ops 2 or 3 cant remember witch one) the only thing thats changed is that i play MWremasterd and made a stack of people rage the other week sending me hate mail and i can only
    assume one of them or multiples of them just reported my account.

    Need to understand the reason for the ban

    This is my sons account and apparently he was placed on a 24 hour ban. I need to understand the reasons why and what was said so I can resolve this effectively. I cannot open a case review for the ban on this account because it was in the past.

    How can I obtain that information and the reason for the ban.... inappropriate communication doesn't really explain anything.

    just because it wasn't reported before doesn't mean it wasn't in violation

    It just wasn't reported before

    The rules has always been the same

    You wjll have to review the code of conduct to see what rule you broke

    You can also check the email associated with your ms account

    banned/Suspended

    No one can get someone suspended or banned. If someone reports another person, that report is then investigated. If the gamer is found to have done something wrong, then they are banned or suspended by the enforcement team. If you want to find out why your
    child was suspended or banned, you need to log in with the account on
    enforcement.xbox.com

    If you cannot start a case review, then the suspension is probably only 24 hours. Any suspensions that are 24 hours cannot be given a case review, as it takes longer than 24 hours to investigate the claim.

    why am I still blocked? you people are going to run a good customer away from your failing platform. you have let troll walk over me and you. I have had my account for 4years without problems. Think you need to evaluate your policy so you are no expanding
    the reach the obvious troll community you have plagueing you systems and 24 hour ban is a 24 hour ban. 29 hours now no case review offered. why does no one

    fallow their rules.

    so now i look at the said 24 hour ban and it's permanent. just change the whenever they want. where's my case reveiw? answer me!!!!!!!
