    How to find out the duration of a mute?


    I've been muted for just over a month now, and at the time, it told me I would only be muted for a month. However, since then, all the dates from all of my mutes have disappeared, and I have no idea how to check how long it is (probably permanent lol).

    I can't contact Microsoft, because when I try, it just tells me to submit a case review.... but there is no option to submit a case review.

    pls help

    How to find out the duration of a mute?

    If you were given a suspension/ban, you would need to go to http;//enforcement.xbox.com for information about it. The enforcement team do not use the forums.

    But that's the issue, it doesn't give me any information, and there's no option to submit a case review, so going there is useless for me

    You can only open a case review if your suspension is over 24hrs, can you confirm the end date?

    You can see the end date here; https://enforcement.xbox.com/Enforcement/ShowEnforcements it's normally at the end of the paragraph.

    Then you might want to contact
    Xbox Support    , don't select enforcement -> select account then other. you can get to talk with them and say to them that there is no information on when the suspension is lifted at the enforcement website.
