How to find out IF your Microsoft Rewards account was banned/suspended?

So I use Microsoft rewards exclusively for Overwatch coins. They were out of stock for a while and now they're back, so I redeemed a lot of them at once. They all came, no problem there.

Since then however, I can't redeem rewards anymore? It asked to know my geographical location, which I had to allow, and since then whenever I try to redeem points "There is an issue with your account or order" comes up. I googled the issue and it seems this might be a sign you're banned.

Is there any way to find out if you're actually banned? I'm not even talking about WHY, just IF. I'm not being prevented from earning points, just redeeming them, so I didn't think my account was banned, but since the issue is ongoing I'm starting to wonder.

I also contacted Microsoft report with no answer until now.

I have the same problem and it seems like many more have too, regarding the ow coins!

I read on reddit somewhere that one guy got an answer, that they are out of stock of the 200 and 500 coins apparently. Idk why they don't just deactivate the option to buy them then tho.

Log in on
enforcement.xbox.com and from there you should be able to find out why your account was suspended/banned, and for how long.

Cancelled or account suspended/banned?

If cancelled, you may want to find out why by calling customer service. If its a suspension or ban, you can find out why by posting in the forums section for suspended accounts.

All reports are thoroughly investigated before any action is carried out.

Doesn't matter how many complaints were filed against your son,if he had done nothing wrong then he would not have got suspended.

Someone abusing the complaints system will be suspended or even banned for multiple offenses.

The enforcement team do not read these forums nor will they contact you other than to tell you why an account is banned/suspended.

The only way to get their attention is by posting in the ban/suspension forum in support but that is only to find out why an account is banned/suspended,as you already know the reason & the suspension is over they would not reply to your post.
