How to find my digital game

I have purchased my game through the Microsoft store in 2021 i played with it until recently. I have tried to find my game in the my game tab and its not there. When i go to the store it says it was purchased and is installed in my console. i can find the purchase order number and have found the purchase in my history also. I have been able to find it in the queue tab but is not letting me click on the game from there. I have restarted and resetted the console and neither are working. I have contacted xbox support through chat and they werent able to help me. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it with no help.i was hoping to see if anyone has experienced this. And how it was fixed. Also if it helps its the game red dead redemption. Thanks.

I would like to clarify, are you seeing the game stated as "completed" on your order history?

Also, what is the game that you're having an issue with?

Would have picked up Black Flag if I lived in the US, but I find it funny how it's not the digital version. Come on Microsoft, reduce the prices on some of the digital games!

When I got the xbox it was new and came with a digital code. I'm looking in my accounts order history online and its only showing my most recently bought game (digital) even though I've bought more. How do I find what your talking about?

if it's a digital game, you'll find it in the ready to install section of my games and apps.
