How to find IP address of device using same Microsoft account?

Are you using a manual IP address on both consoles? It's possible that there might be some sort of IP conflict? I had that happen a few times when we had multiple Xbox 360 consoles in the same house.

what exactly are you trying to achieve?

If the laptop and console are both connected to the same network the console usually is visible without the requiring an IP address.

You can also find the used IP address via the router (settings) which should have a list of all devices connected and their IP addresses. (Keep in mind that IP addresses can change)

You can do this basically accessing to the router and if the console is already connected to the same internet network as your PC
