How to find / get access to insider/preview forums when you are in ring 4

As a member of the XBOX insider program (Ring 4 currently), i am trying to find/get access to the xbox insider/preview forums. Whenever i try to use a link to a post on that forum i get the "UH OH .. something isn't right message".

It looks like more people have this issue (as seen on reddit) (and no way of resolving it).

So maybe this post triggers someone to provide a solution, it would be very welcome.

I tried to find that thread/forum myself.

On this site: Xbox Insider Program FAQ which tries to direct people to the right place you are told to:

“in case of problems you post on “the Xbox Insider forums “. This link contains the URL Results in Xbox - Microsoft Community. However that one refers you directly back to: Results in Xbox - Microsoft Community.
which does not show any insider forums. Searching for that term does not show any results either.

There are four Xbox One Update Preview rings which allow you control when and how often you will get early access to console updates. Those are Alpha, Beta, Delta, and Omega. Alpha is an "invite only" ring that receives updates at the earliest point in the
preview window. If you receive an error or there are issues when accepting the invite, you may reach out to the Xbox Insider team or share the issues that you encounter by chatting with other Xbox Insiders on the Xbox Insider Forums.

To start a chat session, follow the steps below:

1. Sign in to Insider Program forums.
2. You may select Latest Xbox One Update Preview.
3. Click on Chat with Support.
