Hello again, I understand that you have not got any help in the support, but when it comes to the shipping label only they support can help you, if it does not go to your email box.

Tenten again and ask them to transfer you to another technical department, because only there will you get your label.

When you're on the contact site, click "Contact Us" then choose a category/topic until you see the options to request a call back or chat with support. Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" usually works.

Hello Microsupprortisajoke, the shipping label is sent to the same email from your Microsoft account that you use on Xbox, try checking in the Span box, sometimes may have gone there.

If you have not received it, please contact support via the link below and with your order number to issue the shipping label.
