How to find connected xboxs on my account

I forgot my code to connect to my xbox live account. how do I change, or find my code? on xbox.

First login to your Microsoft Account (you'll likely be asked to verify your password) at:

https://account.microsoft.com

Once there, select Privacy.

On the Privacy page (should be the Overview tab), scroll down most of the page to the section called "Other Privacy settings".

There, you'll see a group "Apps and services", click on the link "Apps and services that can access your data".

And voila, you're where you can see all apps and services linked. Here you can see more info about those connections and/or remove those permissions.

i am starting to realize the issue seems to be not that there isnt a parent email connected to my account it is that i have absolutely no idea what account is connected to mine, and i have no idea how to find out, on my xbox i get error 8015D080 and then
i go on the internet on my computer to try to fix it and i have to accept the terms of use and due to the crap ive already talked about extensively on here i can't do that so i have no chance of trying to find the parent email on my xbox.
