    How to find a download code again?


    I have rest my Xbox One to factory settings and I would like to download the two games which have been bundled with the console (Assasins Creed Black Flag and Unity).

    Unfortunately I threw away my download code.

    Is there a possibility to re-download the games?

    How to find a download code again?

    If you have downloaded them before go to "my games & apps",then "games" scroll to the right & you should be able to download them from there.

    If you didn't download them before then without the codes you are probably out of luck.

    I do not. I am having the same issue. I started the download and some how cancelled it. Tried again and now the code will not work or allow me to download. How can I re-enable the token/code.

    Like I mentioned in my previous message, that's because the code wasn't redeemed on that account, you need to find the account that redeemed the code in order to be able to download the game again
