How to figure out who downloaded this game?

Is there a way to get details on who (which gamertag) downloaded/purchased a digital game on the XBOX One?

I have a digitally downloaded game on my box that I didn't download, but would like to play. When I attempt to start the game it indicates that I need to sign-in as the account which purchased the game from the Store.

How do I delete the "Wild Animals" and "Landscapes" Collections

I know how to delete 'Downloaded Collections' but cannot figure out how to delete completed "Wild Animals" and "Landscapes" Collections. It really annoys me!

Anyone, please help with this

Can not figure out how to play newly downloaded content

To first access the DLC you’ll need to click 'New Game' and select 'the new campaign', which your adventure will start from.

You could try signing in with the gamertags that are on the console. If that doesn't work then it's likely that you have purchased a pre-owned console where the previous owner had purchased and downloaded a game.

First I'll suggest she tries to recover the account that is the family organiser. The only way to recover an Xbox account is via the account recovery form here https://account.live.com/password/reset

You can try all the emails you remember or if you had a phone number attached to the account, you can use that too.

Once it has been recovered, then she can use that to remove the child. Unfortunately the child cannot remove himself from the family group due to Microsoft's policy.

i have been wondering if i was the only one who could not find the digital download ... i bought a 50 dollar points card so that i could immediately download the game on the 19th and i have been trying, ever since, to figure out where/how to get it.

could someone please let us know when or if we will be able to download the game? some information would be greatly appreciated.
