How to figure out my log in information on ps4

I have been trying to log into my microsoft account for two years now. I cant play online servers because I dont know the email or password of the microsoft account i hooked up to my ps4. If i could figure out what email was used i could then change the password but im not sure how to find that out. Please help

Hello Gracps4ps4, sorry to hear you're having trouble with your account.

I'm afraid there is no way to get your email via Xbox Support. However, my suggestion would be to check with friends to see if anyone may know the account gamertag at least so you can try and start your search from there.

Otherwise you would be limited to trying to figure out which email it was by trial and error. Xbox accounts should have a Hotmail/Outlook address.

I assumed that once I created an account and logged into it, my computer would be on the same page. Unfortunately, the Microsoft store my computer was logged into was a guest one. Once I figured this out and figured it out how to log in with the account I created, I was able to fix the problem. Thanks for the help Sun Khou!

Did you give out any of your information such as your email address and password to anyone? There are a lot of scammers out there.Did you have a second email account set up and linked to your profile? Did you forget your log in information? Im trying to
figure out what happened and how.
