How to fight shadow jago ?

Killer Instinict : Shadow Jago

I like the fact you changed Shadow Jago's moves so he's different from Jago

But you Shadow Jago too much and now shadow jago moves are more messed up then before

He's called shadow jago for a reason because he is the mirror image of jago

and he is jago's twin brother who was taken by ultra tech and trained to fight like jago to use three the same

way jago does whitch is the uppercut launch, sword slicer, and the forword kick lunge

to addtion to some other moves shadow jago gain from ultra tech

 

How to find Shadow Jago?

I'm wondering what is the exact criteria that needs to be met in order to fight Shadow Jago in arcade mode. After getting all 3 of Thunder's endings, I played through arcade mode on medium with him, didn't lose a single match, and ultra'ed Orchid (Thunder's
rival), but still got Fulgore as the last boss instead of Shadow Jago. According to Prima Games, what I did should have unlocked the Shadow Jago boss battle, but it didn't. So what exactly do you need to do to fight Shadow Jago?

 

Not exactly sure what the procedure is (since I don't have an Xbox nor the game), but I watched a livestream yesterday and the player (Maximilian) Ultra'd everyone just to be sure. I think you have to Ultra the character before Fulgore in the Arcade mode,
and I believe you have to play on at least the Medium difficulty. You'll know it works when the ladder skips Fulgore, and goes straight to Shadow Jago. I recommend trying this for now until someone corrects me:

-Play on Medium or higher difficulty

-Don't lose at all

-Get at least 2 Surpreme Victories

-Get at least 2 Ultras and Ultra the rival character (one before Fulgore)
