How to escalate a denied refund?

So I requested a refund yesterday for mlb the show 21 digital version. Today I was denied because they stated I waited too long. However, i had to send my xbox series x to get serviced this morning, for the second time in three weeks, for the same exact issue I initially sent it to be serviced for. Now I'm out my xbox for a minimum of two weeks, but they state it can be much longer.

Question is, can you escalate a denied refund request?

I have no faith my xbox will be serviced properly since the first time it was not.

You would have to try responding to the email you received denying the refund to contact the refund specialists.

Any way to escalate that?

what is it then? advocacy can only do somwthing if your case is worthy of escalation

if support denied it thwn its not worthy

you are past the refund period? thats hardcoded and is infact enforceable by law
