Buenas tardes, quiero ingresar el numero de serie para que me cubra la garantia de mi control elite. Cuando ya meti los codigos me dice que se vera registrado en mis dispositivos en poco tiempo;ya espere mas de 2 horas y no mesale. Despues vuelvo a intentar
meter el codigo pero ahora me dice que meta un codigo valido u otro.¿Qué me recomiendan hacer?

Xbox one elite controller troubles

Good afternoon,

On october 2016 I buyed directly from microsoft store a gears of war elite controller. Today the LB button has stopped working and I cannot contact technical support. Any time I try to get support i need to enter the serial number of a console I don't have,
because I buyed the controller alone.

I need a mail or some way to contact microsoft about the guarantee of this controller.

 

elite controller handle grip coming off

The grip of my elite controller started coming off a few days ago, I keep trying to contact Microsoft about it but it's impossible, they send me to a website if I want to request a replacement controller and when I enter the number on the controller it says
it does not match the code for an Xbox product.

 

Hey there Patman!

Have you registered your console's serial number on the
Online Service Center yet? If not, go ahead and register your console and then you should be able to add your controller to the site at that point.
