    how to end an Xbox suspension after its expiry date


    Hi there, my friend (Mod Removed) got suspended on Xbox app on pc for 15 days, his suspension has ended 4 days ago but it still says a suspension notification that he’s still suspended but may be a glitch, can anyone find a solution to this and help?

    Hi,

    there are 2 ways that might help.

    First is to remove the account, restart the PC and download the profile anew.

    If that doesn't work it could help to reset the app in the advanced app settings.

    Fellow Gamers. Just finished a live chat with a fantastic individual named Trey.

    Go to your Xbox Settings>Account>Subscriptions, and take note of your Xbox Live Gold expiry date.

    Then go to My Games and Apps, scroll to Memberships, and click Xbox Live Gold. In the top left should be the Expiry date, take note of this.

    Take note of both expiry dates. Chances are you have two different expiry dates. Start an Xbox Support Live Chat and mention this to them.

    After mentioning this to Xbox Support Live Chat they did something on their end, asked me to do a power cycle, and boom everything is working once again.

    I agree with AAH Myto, its most likely a promtional code that wont expire. But the card iself does indeed have an expiry date. Most prepaid cards have a 6 month expiry date.
