    How to enable multiplayer for my child?


    We bought Minecraft for my son on his Samsung laptop.

    He wanted to play a multi-game and selected a server.

    He needed to login with his XBox live account. He did so but then he got a message his account doesn't allow multiplayer games and his parent should enable it on xbox.com.

    I (as his father) went to xbox.com. Logged in. I noticed my family page was empty, which is weird because I do get mails about the xbox activities. Anyway, I added my son as my child (again).

    I tried to find the option to enable multiplayer but I can't find it.

    The whole account settings are some complicated, very frustrating.

    How to enable multiplayer for my child?

    Xbox Live Multiplayer. Disable Family Settings

    I have pes 2017 on xbox one s. When Itry to play its pops up

    You cannout select this mode as your profile is not xbox live multiplayer enable. To enable, you must disable your family settings.

    How to solve this? Thank you

    MULTIPLAYER ISSUE

    New XBOX, and my son is listed on my family setup with all required multiplayer setting done so he is allowed to play multiplayer.

    XBOX window pops up requiring that he joins LIVE GOLD acct to enable multiplayer access. He cannot himself purchase this and it is suggested to ask parents nicely with a hug and a please to purchase this for him. So I paid for a years subscription and still
    the same issue presents itself.

    HOW DO I LINK THE NEWLY PURCHASED LIVE GOLD ACCT TO HIS PROFILE SO HE CAN PLAY MULTIPLAYER GAMES

    That page shows family accounts and how to grant access.

    To enable your multiplayer setting you can simply sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings.

    If the system detects that your account is a child account you will be redirected to a support site and if not you will be able to change it successfully.

    If you were redirected to a support page, please sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/family and check if there is an organizer account linked to your account then use the organizer account so sign in to https://account.xbox.com/settings then "allow" the setting on this screenshot:
