For Xbox to connect to the internet using IPv6, your home router needs to have IPv6 enabled, and your internet service provider (ISP) must support IPv6.

You will have to make sure your router supports IPv6. Also, while the router could support IPv6, may be your ISP still only works on IPv4. Several home routers support IPv6 but disable it by default. Check the manual for your router.

Can not set sky hub to bridge mode. I have managed to get my nat open using IPv6, in my sky hub I went to security, firewall rules then enabled the IPv6 firewall and my nat is now open. It quotes the held section of the inbound services -

"Inbound Services Enable Inbound IPV6 IPSec Firewall: This option will enable/disable only the IPsec related inbound IPv6 firewall rules in router. It is independent of the Enable IPV6 Firewall option.

Enabling this option allows devices to use IPv6 natively to improve connectivity to services like the Xbox On"

IPV6 is a router setting that the xbox will use if its turned on. You will need too contact your internet provider and ask if they support IPV6 and if they do how too enable it.
