Hey guys so i just bought an xbox one today and i was wondering how you download the games you bought that came with a free upgrade to xbox, i bought them from the xbox store and i used my old xbox account..... which i lost because it asked me for security
info an i forgot my passwords an such. now im worried i wont be able to get the games i bought,the games were advanced warefare and destiny and i think watch dogs. Should i call microsoft? or how do i go about this problem. if u need any more info let me

Question about black ops 3

so I was just wondering. Say I had an xbox 360 and I bought black ops 3 on the marketplace for the 360. So if I were to purchase an xbox one would I get the rest of the features that were left out in the 360 version? As in would it update or download the
full game? If not, then I would have to pay another $70 to obtain said features for a game I already bought...

How to have same xbox 360 game on both Xbox 360 and XBox one (same account)

Hi,

I have an XBOX one and also now an XBOX 360 that me and my son uses (two users but one family xbox live account).

On the XBOX one I bought a download version of Plants vs Zombies 1 (xbox one backwards compatible). We just bought an XBOX 360 (we missed our old one...) and I also bought Plants vs Zombies 1 (not download from Xbox store but the DVD). After I installed
it on the 360 we discovered it was removed from our Xbox One...how is that possible as I have bought both these games?

Note that we both also would like to be playing online at the same time but from different consoles and as different users but the same game and perhaps also in the same online matches.

Maybe this is not how its designed to work so then how can I get this to work (if possible).

I have searched for this issues but not found any (so I have tried to research this issue).

You have to use the account that originally purchased the games in order to get any sort of upgrade offer. So you would need to try contacting support to get access back.

Although keep in mind that you only have until the 31st to upgrade Advanced Warfare. I believe Destiny's offer ended in January, and Watchdogs did not have an upgrade offer.

if you bought them or were games with gold, they should be yours, I recommend you check on your purchases on the console where you downloaded i.e. xbox one or 360

I bought Dead or Alive 1 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 2 Ultimate, Dead or Alive 3, Manhunt, Max Payne, Max Payne 2, Oddworld Munch's Oddysee, Red Dead Revolver, Star Wars Episode 3, and Star Wars Clone Wars from the Xbox 360 marketplace website @ https://marketplace.xbox.com/en-US/

All of the above games were downloaded to the Xbox One but can not be downloaded to the Xbox 360 (games are in my download history)

I bought Gladius, Otogi: Myth of Demons, Otogi 2: Immortal Warriors, Star Wars Jedi Knight II Jedi Outcast, Star Wars Starfighter Special Edition, and Dead or Alive 4 from the Microsoft web store @ https://www.xbox.com/en-us/games/store/

All of the above games were downloaded to the XB1 but the Xbox 360 does not give me the option to download them (games are not in my download history)

No games were bought on the console. All were purchase on the website.

All games are backwards compatible and have been downloaded to the Xbox One with no issues. The issue is with the Xbox 360 only. Typically, newly released BC games are also made available to download to the Xbox 360 in addition to the Xbox One.

Correct, I am still not able to buy Nier.

FYI, I just bought Advent Rising from the Microsoft web store (game is not on the Xbox 360 marketplace website), I am going to see if I can download it to my Xbox 360 and Xbox One.

I would be careful downloading games digital for Xbox 360 at this point. How long will they keep supporting that system? Xbox One can`t run Xbox 360 games, so you run the risk of losing what you bought at some point.

the items he is trying to use, were they bought with his account or a different account?

Only the account that bought the content is able to redownload it to a console.

Also be aware that if licenses were transferred from one console to another they will still be downloaded with the owner account to make sure the licenses are on the console.
