How to download games on Xbox

Please try to perform a factory reset 'keep games & apps' on your console by doing the following steps:

Important: This will remove the profiles on your console, make sure that you remember the email and password to your account.

No data or game saves will be lost doing this, everything is backed up to the cloud servers.

-Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
-Select Settings.
-Select System.
-Select Console info
-Select Reset console.
-Select Reset and keep my games & apps

Once you're done, please try to download games from your library to see if it will work.

does anyone know how digital games downloaded from Xbox gold will work for the games downloaded on the XBOX 360 system? will they be downloaded on the XBOX 1 system?
