If you’re inserting it, that tells me you bought the Windows disc version and live in Europe, or that you bought a copy of Flight Simulator X which is PC only. There is no Xbox disc release at this time.

No disc version of Flight Simulator will work on any Xbox

If you haven't purchased it, you can look it up on the Xbox store on the console, purchase it, and it should start downloading automatically or you can go in to your Games and Apps and find it listed as ready to install in your Full Library.

If you have already purchased it through Xbox, it should be listed in your Games and Apps as above or if you search for it in the store, it should give the option to install.
