    How to download Backward Compatible DLC add-on to the Xbox One


    Hello,,

    Recently I uninstalled the "Artorias of the Abyss" DLC for Dark Souls from my Xbox One and now I need to reinstall it but cannot find a way to do so. Nothing shows up in the "Ready to Install" section when I manage the game on Xbox One and accessing the
    DLC's Xbox.com page provided no help either.

    xbox one backwards compatibility question

    I'm guessing the secondary disk that installs the DLC add ons would also need to be backwards compatible. Not much has been said about second disk installs for DLC. We do know add on DLC is being worked on so it does work with the backwards compatible titles.

    The backward compatible version of Borderlands includes the DLC with it, so there is no need to download it. As for the cloud storage, only game saves can be stored in the cloud. Some backward compatible games include DLC that you can download to the Xbox One, others like Borderlands include it in game.

    If I remember rightly, the backward compatible version of Borderlands had the DLC included in the game, so there was no need to install it. Hence why the DLC disc was not compatible.
    If this is true, how would I be able to verify that the add-on content is available on my Xbox One?

    I also own the digital copy of the base game as well.
