    hi

    my sons friend xxHipSN1P3xx had access to xxmonkeymanxx xbox account and in the last 2 hours sent a load of abusive messages from his own xbox while my son (xxmonkeymanxx) was in town with me shopping. my son has now been banned and ive had to renew his
    passwords

    please rectify this
