How to disconnect my profile from other consoles ?

Hello everyone,

My Xbox ONE got robbed a few months ago. I bought a new one and I changed the password of my account. However, I think someone is still connected on my account on my previous Xbox as I can see achievements unlocked while I'm not playing. On my previous Xbox
I was automatically connected on my account without being asked to enter my password or a security key, but I thought they'll be asked to enter the password again as I changed it.

Do you know what I can do ? Can I somehow log out from every device ?

Hi xSkuulz except the achievement unlocked, and after check your devices , changed your password and follow all the steps of futsukayoi
desu, have other things that make you suspicious about this ?

When I check my devices list I only see my current Xbox One S. I had a Xbox One before but I cannot see it on this page. I don't know if this is normal.

You can log in to your Microsoft account and go to Manage Devices. You can remove your old Xbox and logout on all devices if you wanted to: https://account.microsoft.com/devices/

No it's just the achievements. But I don't have new friends, new messages or new games. I don't get random disconnections either. Yesterday I was using Twitch on my Xbox and saw a FIFA 18 achievement unlocked so apparently we were both connected at the
same time.
