After clicking on Add button, Click Sign in without a Microsoft Account. If you do not see that option, disconnect from the Internet.

You should create a local account, which is an account without a Microsoft Account linked to it.

So whenever I log onto Minecraft with my Microsoft account it logs me into Xbox/Microsoft related apps with that account, that’s just a bug? I hope they resolve it or change it in some way so I can login to a different account on Xbox then a different account on Minecraft without having to keep signing in and stuff. Also how do I reinstall the old Minecraft launcher or find it on my pc, I deleted it after installing the new one

Exists the possibility that your PC is infected, and the hacker is remotely controlling it. May I know if you tried to wipe your drive and reinstall Windows?

Additionally, are you able to see unknown sign-ins with Session Type “Successful sign-in”?.

If your answer is No, I can suggest contacting Minecraft support to see if they can further review how can you disconnect your account from every launcher you have logged in because from your Microsoft account everything is correct.

sign in to the store with the old account, download minecraft and then sign out and back in with the new account, then you can play minecraft without repurchasing it.
