How to disable Alignment Grid on Xbox One X

I recently did something on accident with my controller, that caused an "Alignment Grid" to appear on the screen over the top of everything I open (games, apps, menus, etc.). I tried powering down the Console and restarting, as well as holding the power
down until it did a hard shut down, then restarted, and the grid is still there.

Never mind, apparently the grid is from my monitor. It would only appear when the HDMI was active for some reason. I was able to disable it in the Monitor. Please disregard this question.

Hello Khaji, thanks for the response!

I have yet to try a few of the other steps but i wanted to start with this one:

"Disable background downloads and also disable instant launch of the console: Download the game basically with the console on and in one go"

Where/how would i be able to do this? I found articles about a similar setting for the XBOX Series X but no documentation on the XBOX One.
