    How to directly contact with the Insiders team?


    I've tried every way possible. Twitter, Xbox app, Reddit, customer support etc. and I still couldn't talk someone in the team. I know they are busy but do you know any other way to contact with them. Can I create a ticket? Thanks

    My best guess would be to contact
    Xbox Support     in this situation as this has happened to me awhile ago also. For the reason your icon might be getting removed, Xbox can be a tad bit
    extreme when it comes to handling icons, to the point that even minor things can cause it to be removed. Though it doesn't seem to be as extreme as they use to be.

    How can I contact the refund team directly?

    I truly empathize with you, as I too had a similar experience with my younger son.

    You could try contacting them again by replying to the email you received, although seeing as both your initial request and followup appeal were both denied.... it doesn't hurt to try again I suppose.

    In the meantime, I suggest managing the appropriate security settings to avoid such instances in the future.

    It was $99 dollars because I'm in australia and I think that the pricing over here is different. I think it was also only played for maybe 1.5 hours max as well.
