    How to determine console ban length?


    got a message stating my console has been subject to enforcement action. Also never received an email for message so this will be taken direct to court etc. Pathetic company.

    How to determine console ban length? [​IMG]

    Account has Comm ban, but no end date nor a case review link. Anyone else? How do I determine ban end? (Image is of an older ban. I used this s one simply to show headings. My more recent ban looks exactly the same.)

    I'm sure This is in the wrong place, but I'm trying to determine why, and how long I have a communication ban for. The enforcement link I found on here just takes me to forum home, not a specific category

    The length of a ban/suspension is also determined by the severity of the offence,not just whether it's your first offence or not.

    Reporting them is the only way to contact the enforcement team to have them look into the other guy. There is no other way to contact them.
