    My xbox got stolen and the person who got it has my account and the credit card linked to the account. I would like to know if there is any way to disable the account without my xbox in hand. Thanks

    Try loading the game without being signed in or being signed in with a different profile, does the game load now? If it does, then your profile may be corrupt. To fix this issue, you will need to delete your profile from your console and retrieve it again
