    I accidently downloaded a game on both the internal storage, and the external hard drive. So i was wondering how to delete it on only the internal storage

    Hi IbrahimMirza, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Simply go to "My games and apps" then on your installed games you can filter it to "Internal Storage" from there, you can uninstall it.

    If you have an external hard drive could you try deleting a game and installing it directly to the console's hard drive to rule out issues with the external drive itself?

    DVR Auto-delete on external hard drive

    The auto-del system is only for videos uploaded to Xbox Live from your console and that have not been seen. Could be a hard drive problem.
    Also it does delete clips from both your internal and external hard drive (But for the External, only screenshots remain)
