How to Delete DLC permanently from Xbox One Internal. Uninstall Not Working

I have posted a couple of times with the same relevant problem. I've narrowed it down to the internal memory has crashed somewhere from transferring 3 DLC packs.



I had bought a 4tb Hard Drive, (Seagate) same as majornelson on his video. i had transferred all my game data and dlc to the external but had the installation stopped warning and had to delete those. the problem is these 3 DLC packs are stuck on the
drive and will not delete off the system.

these are actually stopping the game from playing. I'm not sure other than doing a complete factory reset on how to get rid of these to re-download them. I have done the hard reset to clear the cache. unplugged the external, signed out. these will
just not go off the game management at all. It also only shows on the screen when the external is plugged in and from the options of both memory in place.



If someone could help, im at my wits end lol

Problems with storage on Xbox one

i am having some problems with the x1 storage and was hoping there is a fix either now or coming in the future

1 - how can you delete a file if it is ready to install but for some unknown reason won't install so it can be uninstalled?

2 - when moving games and game dlc to an external hard drive is some times only copies it even though move was picked and is taking up space on both the internal and external hard drive and it will not allow to delete the copy.

3 - when you delete/uninstall a game why can i no longer see the dlc that is downloaded/installed on the hard drive?

4 - when i try to uninstall a dlc it will let me pick to uninstall it but it will not be removed?

5 - when i try to move dlc items from the internal to the external hard drive it stops the move saying install stopped and will not allow me to move it or even delete it to re try and download it?

 

Cannot uninstall dlc

So I’m trying to uninstall the Ashes of Ariandel dlc for Dark Souls 3 but it will not let me. Every time I press on “uninstall all” it will not delete it, it just exits out of the message prompt and stays where it was having me press “uninstall all” again
but not working. It is letting me delete the game itself but not the dlc and I can’t find out how to delete/fix it. Someone please help. Also, i our “Dark Souls” as the subtopic because there isn’t an option for Dark Souls 3.

 

I'm having similar issues, but I can't find any answers from anyone. I really don't want to go through a factory reset at this point. Too much of a pain to do that. I would have thought someone from xbox support would have at least given an answer, but
nothing..I can't move to the external. I can't even uninstall it from the local drive to reinstall it to the external. It's frustrating as hell.

 

I had to do a factory reset I moved 8 games to external all fine but 6 games still showed on internal but it showed 0% usage after the factory reset games on external were still installed but had to install DLC apps and reset setting every thing fine

 

Hey guys, just wanted you to know I have the same exact issue with titanfall. I hope an there's an answer other than doing a factory reset.

 

Same issue with the Titanfall Expedition DLC. Can't move it, uninstall it...nothing.
