    How to Delete Cloud Saves


    Hello All,

    I am trying to delete my saved game data on the Cloud for Metal Gear Solid V. Because of how the saves work in this game I need to delete everything to be able to restart the game. I figured out how to clear out the local saves data, but when I fire up the
    game, it just retrieves info from the cloud and puts me in the same spot in the game.

    Any advice is much appreciated.

    I hate having to ask a n00b question, but...

    Since one of the updates, earlier, I cannot figure out how to delete cloud-based save data. It seems I can only delete local data. I use to be able to delete cloud saves, but I don't know what to click on or where to go to do that, now.

    Can someone please enlighten me? Okay, maybe that's asking too much, but could someone tell me how to delete cloud saves?

    you have to delete your local data, but when you do, there should be 2 options delete from console and delete everywhere, you want to delete everywhere and that should also delete the cloud save

    Hi, here is a step by step guide on how to remove game save data from your Xbox One and Cloud storage.

    How do I delete saves that I no longer need?

    You can manage your data for individual games through My games & apps on your Home screen. Here's how:

    1.On Home, pull the right trigger , and then press A to open My games and apps.

    2.Highlight the game, press the Menu button on your controller and then select Manage game.

    3.Scroll to the right, highlight the saved data for your gamertag under Saved Data and then press A on your controller.

    4.You'll be prompted to confirm deletion of this game save data:

    ◦Delete from console will remove the local copy of this save. You can retrieve it from the cloud the next time you play.

    ◦Delete everywhere will remove your saved data from this console, the cloud, and all other consoles you play on.

    ◦Cancel will leave your data intact.

    Xbox one cloud saves.

    If cloud saves were deleted, im not sure theres anything to recover. Cant imagine if this would work, but deleting and reinstalling the game might reset the account back to a cloud save but since everything cloud saved is constantly updated...might be
    stuck at the moment. How was the cloud data deleted?

    How to delete a cloud save?

    Hey there, Fabio!

    You should be able to delete the cloud save when you go into your Manage Game section of Sunset Overdrive and delete the save listed there. When the prompt comes up to confirm the deletion, it will ask if you want to delete from "everywhere". You will want
    to select this option, and that should delete the save in the cloud.
