How to Delete Cloud Saves for Specific Games on an XBOX

This is not in game progress this is game settings, its the part of the xbox game where space is reserved on the xbox and you used to be able to select delete everywhere, I can clear the local save but not the cloud one which IS stored on xbox network (old live network) its that part which is corrupt

I believe the account settings for this game is done in the cloud side of Epic Games' servers.

Maybe these steps will help you fix the error message that appears for you.

Clean your console's MAC and restart your internet devices.

Network Settings> Advanced Settings> MAC Address and Clear.

If the problem persists reset the console to factory defaults, you won't lose anything but you will need to log in with your account again. Email and password are required.

Follow this path and select reset keeping games and app.

In 5 to 10 minutes you will finish reconfiguring your console

To reset the console>

Settings> System> Console Info> Reset Console

***Do not reset your console without having your account email and password.***

Exactly, you used to be able to delete from everywhere but now it's just local, but when you call xbox support they are clueless... maybe at some point it will fix itself but for now nobody including Microsoft can do the very simple task of please delete any fortnite data stored against my xbox account

If on your console you deleted the ''reserved space'' and the profile data I don't know where you can delete anything else. Sorry.

Games like EA's Plants vs Zombies, for example, to erase the data from this game it was necessary to contact EA, as the progress and etc were saved on their server. Maybe relinking your accounts might help.
