    How to delete a People accont that has been connected from Xbox ?


    I would like some help to know how to do this. I've even looked on the Microsoft website how to do it and when I follow what it says it never works. I've deleted those friends but still show up when I get into the People app. IT's really stannge and I really
    want some help on this!

    If I delete my friends account off my Xbox will that permanently erase it from Xbox live or just off my Xbox?

    Accounts are saved on the Xbox's servers. So deleting an account will only delete it from the console unless it's an account that has never been connected to Live.

    You'll need to do that on account.live.com. Once you sign into your Account there you'll see the option at the bottom of the screen to Cancel your account. Most likely you'll get a message about needing to close payed subscription, if that's the case you'll
    need to contact support and get them to close your points account and any paid subscriptions as well as clearing any pending balances.

    this is crazy! i can not log on to my account or any other accont but i can online?

    it has been well over 24 hours that this has been going on. is xbox going to fix this? or should i go ahead and head over to gamestop and trade my 360 for a ps? i have been a xbox person since the first one game out but this is getting ridiculous
