How to delete a game with undesirable content from my account

Over the years I have bought some games that ended up having undesirable content. I would like to remove these permanently from my account since the account is mainly used now by the extended family including grandkids. How can I remove these so that they
are not available and not associated with my account. I don't want them hidden, I want them removed.

You can't completely delete them being associated with your account but you can hide them to prevent them being accessed

I'm afraid that's not possible. The content is yours and cannot be removed. On Xbox One, you can set up parental controls that block your children and grandchildren from accessing content you deem inappropriate. You can uninstall content you don't want
and hide it from your Ready to Install list so it's no longer visible to those who use your console.

I'm not entirely sure that it's possible to do that, I know you can certainly hide them but I've never seen any option to permanently remove any games from the user's side - though it might be an idea to raise that as a suggestion for sure!

The best plan is to uninstall the game and then locate it in your ready to install list. From there you can select hide and prevent it from popping up in your ready to install. To download it again you would have to search it in the store itself.
