How to deal with toxic gamers that make online gameplay impossible?

I've been dealing with this issue for over 2 weeks now without any help from the support staff and no explanation as to why actions can't be taken. I encountered a troll who made it the mission of he and his minions to prevent me from ever being able to
play Monopoly on XBL again. [mod removed] is the ring leader of the group, a man so desperate for attention that he "desires" to be a reddit troll (self admitted among his spam attacks). 2 weeks ago I log in and see a post dated for a week later containing
my name and something about me "hacking or cheating" followed by some other slander. I reported the post for obvious reasons and didn't give it any mind thinking it would be taken down. Waited a couple hours, nothing. Check back 4 hours later, nothing.
6 hours, nothing. Next afternoon post finally comes down, not even an hour later he comes back with further slander which conveniently is posted a week away. Later that night I try to find a game. After posting a looking for group and recieveing plenty
of ill toned messages my way I looked at the LFG (Looking for group) posts. Guess what's there? That's right a new post from a minion and friend of [mod removed]. Picked up right where he left off and now I've been getting two for 1 posts effectively killing
my chances off ever playing this game via matchmaking or LFG. Last night however, impossible became a reality when a 3rd troll entered the scene. His name being [mod removed], so now regardless of the day I log in to see anywhere from 1-6 LFG posts slandering
my name and effectively making Monopoly a waste of $ because I will never find a lobby to play in. Any help would be great, I've reported each post countless times in addition to reporting each GT individually during each instance of toxicity. Not a single
reply from MS support or XBL in regards to the limited actions I can take. Anybody else experience something similar? Do I have any hope?
