How to deal with this?

So earlier in the night I was playing For Honor ( the salt god game ) and absolutely destroyed this kid in brawls. He starts sending me messages, which in the end gets him communication banned from xbox. Now here comes the trouble. As soon as this happens
I start getting messages, party invites, and game invites to a game I have never played. This happens so often and in high amount that it actually started to effect the frame rate of my xbox and the connection into a game.

Low and behold twenty minutes later the guy who was sending hate mail and death threats to me ( the guy comm banned ) sends me a long drawn out message how this is not going to stop until I join the party. So I join and more death threats and everything
come in, more berating of my character, you know the usual xbox live toxic community.

Anyway, is there anyway to counter this from happening? I am tired of having my gameplay now effected by children who can't take a beating in a game anymore. As I am making this message they are still sending party, game, and regular messages. I have reported
them all as is but Xbox doesn't seem to really care about it.

Anyone interested the main two were: Never mind it's against the rules to name these people.

Calling out gamertags is not allowed on the forums.

If you've reported them then they will be dealt with.Using a 2nd account to circumvent a suspension on a main account can even lead to a console suspension.

Best thing is to just block & report them.You can even go into your privacy settings & set communications to friends only.That way anyone you are not friends with can't send you messages or invites.I know that's probably not ideal but these types of people
get bored very quickly if you don't do what they want & you can revert your comms settings back to normal after a few days.

If it happens again then you should never join a party with people like this,just ignore them.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to unlink the account via the Microsoft once it has been linked;

You can also only link one Microsoft account per PSN account.

In this case, I recommend that you contact PlayStation Support to ask which Microsoft account your PS account is linked to, as only they have this information and see if they can help;

How do you know they had a comms ban? Other than a thank message that is rarely sent out if someone is suspended due to report you've filed then you are never told the results of any report you file.Even the thank you message will not give you any details.

Calling out gamertags is against forum rules,it's as simple as that.How do we know that these people have actually done what you say? And even if they have,the forums is not the place to report people.

As for ddos attacks,that is not down to microsoft or xbox to resolve as ddos attacks are done via your broadband/internet & not xbox live.

You would need to contact your isp about that.
