How to convert the 30,000 points I have in rewards to live purchases into cash?

The 30,050 credits are the total amount of credits you've earned since joining the program. That number includes credits that are both pending and credits that have already been deposited. Since you have 4200 pending credits, you've already had 25,850 credits
deposited into your account to use. Credits are automatically deposited into your account by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. Your statement on the MyRewards section of the site will list when deposits took place.
You can verify deposits at Sign in to your Microsoft account If you use your Microsoft account balance as your payment method when making purchases, you may have already used some of the credits.

    Hello BeloCretino,

    From our FAQ:

How do I know how many Rewards Credits I've earned and how will I know when they have been converted to my local currency and deposited into my Microsoft account?

First, log in to Xbox Live Rewards and head over to the MyRewards page. Once you are on the MyRewards page, click on 'View MyStatement.' MyStatement is a summary of all your rewards activity. You can view:

    • Pending Rewards Credits: Credits you've earned that have not yet been converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account
    • Rewards Credits Deposits: Credits that have already been converted to your country's local currency and deposited in your Microsoft account.
    • Previous Month: Activity over the past month
    • Past 6 Months: Activity over the past 6 months
    • Lifetime: All your activity for the entire duration of your Xbox Live Rewards membership.
You'll also receive a MyStatement email each month that shows your Rewards Credits activity summary.

Since you are looking at your Lifetime Credit amount, this is showing you
all Credit events over the entire duration of your account's lifetime. This includes previously deposited Credits, like your deposits on

    2017.02.08 - Deposit - 6000

    2017.01.11 - Deposit - 19850

These deposits are placed into your Microsoft Account as usable currency, and will be recorded on your commerce page (Sign in to your Microsoft account) as a refund with a negative amount. If you have made a purchase
with your Microsoft Account, then those funds will have already been used, since promotional Credits are used first from your Microsoft Account.

How to Convert Microsoft Rewards Points to Cash for Purchases on Live?

    Hello BeloCretino,

The 30050 Credits is your lifetime amount, which includes previously deposited Credits. Currently you only have 4200 Credits pending (not deposited). We only schedule a deposit automatically at 5000 or more pending Credits. Since your pending Credit amount
is beneath this amount, it has not been scheduled. If you would like to request a scheduled deposit, you may do so once you are at 1000 or more pending Credits. There will be a button on your MyRewards page.

First Purchase - No points awarded

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

    A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
Then, you can head over to the Xbox stores to purchase your favorite games, Movies, Avatar props and much more!

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

    A. 5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $5 USD.

    Gem to credit conversion rate

    Hello ohno itstheCoPz,

Since being introduced in October, Gems have never had a Credit or currency value assigned to them. They can only be spent on purchases from the Vault. However, we realize that users have grown attached to their Gems, so when you are transitioned to Microsoft
Rewards, they will be converted into points. Note that Microsoft Rewards points and Xbox Live Rewards Credits are not the same. Your Gems will not be converted into Xbox Live Rewards Credits if you choose to remain in the Rewards programs, but will be converted
    into Microsoft Rewards Points.
