This is what I get. I can't verify enough information. The email address was changed by someone else, I have no way of knowing the password.

Somebody keeps trying to hack my account. They already charged paypal 107.00 and now today they are back at it. I have changed my password do i need to do anything else?

You can also process service requests via devicesupport.microsoft.com and if out of warranty, they will provide options to still provide service and repair on the console at a cost. If the console is not registered to your account, you can also do so
on that site.
