How to contact Xbox support from France

Hello,

I have a issue with my XBOX wireless controller. The controller was bought 5 months before. I tried to contact xbox surpport since many days. No answer on call. I tried with the bot but the device serial number is unknown and I go arround in circles with
the form. Impossibe to get the form. I very very ungry to see how MS treat these customers. Please give me an answer. This is unacceptable.

It's 2 years warranty right ? I mean I'm from France so it's supposed to be at least 2 years... That's the european law.
