  1. How to contact Xbox Live enforcement team

Even though this issue is over a year old now I would like to know how to contact the Xbox Enforcement team, there has to be some way I can private message them to show them the reason why I scolded someone in a message back then on this platform, so they can be better informed on their moderation decisions in the future, instead of ignorantly doling out 2 day suspensions to people and then having it on their permanent record which affects possible enforcement actions in the future, even if those future enforcement actions have nothing to do with Xbox Live messaging system or party chat etc.

At the time that enforcement action wasn't eligible for repeal, so I couldn't do anything about it at the time from there.

Their Code of Conduct claims they're against disability discrimination and other forms of discrimination, but I've been a victim of disability discrimination several times, like other disabled people have been, but we seldom ever get justice for it even when other people do wrong us.

Basically what I am saying is I would like to private message Xbox Enforcement team the reason for my lashing out at the time, with a link of what happened on a different platform. It matters, I don't care what loopholes exist in the Code of Conduct to allow people to abuse other platforms not owned by Microsoft, it's still wrong. There are a lot of bigots on their platform, some who unfortunately do attack people on government assistance programs or charity services etc, and gaming is one of the ways that people with mental health problems may get relief from this otherwise messed up world we live in.

Do I get a solution to this or not? or is the final answer for the sake of protecting the DLC's on my account but at the expense of our mental health along the lines of, "don't respond to or message X person in future who bothers you"?

Problem is, blocking said people doesn't stop them from going through your friends list and requesting to be added back later,

only to start the same cycle all over again. And yes, this has happened to me before, and I'm not the only person who has

had problems from this individual I was talking about. All I can do is make sure friends don't request me to add that person again,

you may think this is paranoia or you may not, but regardless of what anyone else believes I'm not sure what to do from here.

    :)

How to contact Xbox Live enforcement team

A case review is the only way to contact the enforcement team.
But that only works if the case was eligible for appeal, without it you've hit a dead end.

I would've been just as upset if this didn't happen to me, but if it happened to my friends instead, or anyone else in the family.

Filing a police report wouldn't work as something like this is normally a civil case, not a criminal one.

They can only act on your behalf if somebody else is a threat to society and is likely to commit an act of violence, or

in the case of discrimination if this happens to you at a workplace or in UK if you're discriminated against by landlords etc.

When it comes to people being abusive on social media most of the time, when it comes to hate speech or prejudice, it is only the private platform company that has any power to do anything about it. But in cases when they don't, it's often the case we can't even contact people involved in the moderation to show them exactly what the issue is about. It may not remove the record of enforcement actions against my account, but it would at least give me and other's peace of mind knowing that we could let a moderation team know so they can make fairer decisions about enforcement in future.

    How to contact Enforcement Team

The only way to get in contact with the Enforcement team is through a case review if you are eligible.

Submitting a Case Review is easy, and can be accomplished in several steps:

    1. Sign in to enforcement.xbox.com with the account that received the enforcement action and select the large box with an
orange hammer icon, or visit your
      Enforcement History
      .
    2. Find the enforcement action that you wish to have reviewed, and select
      Apply for Review
      .
    3. Read the Case Review Terms of Use and agree by clicking the checkbox and selecting
      Agree.
    4. If you are already eligible for a Case Review, select the green arrow icon. If you are not yet eligible, you will be presented with a short questionnaire. These questions help gauge your understanding of the Code of Conduct and associated
policies. Upon successful completion of the questionnaire, select the green arrow icon.
    5. Provide any details (up to 500 characters) regarding the enforcement action that may help XBLPET conduct a more complete investigation. This may include context around the activity or content that received enforcement, information about your game
activity, or any other facts that you believe are worth noting. When complete, select
      Submit.
After submitting, an Xbox Live Policy & Enforcement agent will begin a thorough review of the enforcement action. This includes reviewing available data and re-examining evidence that contributed to the
enforcement, taking into account any new details that you have provided.
