How to contact xbox live about an offensive Gamers tag,

No this was not helpful at all

I'm a Grandfather and last night my grandson was playing world of Tanks, he had an issue and went to the game card, and then to official club and then to feed.

We are a Gaelic speaking Family and as I checked my Grandson was OK on the xbox, I noticed a Gamers tag on the feed that I found very offensive and inappropriate for my Grandson to see!

The Gamers tag is <Removed by Moderator>

"Translation to English is<Removed by Moderator>"

I find this very inappropriate and offensive for Grandson and myself,

If this kind of language is allowed on xbox I'm delighting all four accounts in my household.

I'm requesting a call back on this serious issue!

The best option would be to report the gamertag. If the player isn't on your friends list, select Find someone and enter the player's gamertag to search. Select the player's gamertag and then choose Report.

You just click on the persons profile,click "report" & then "gamertag",There's also a box to add additional info if you want.

It's easy to do.

I've done what was advised and still no option to report offensive Gamers tag!

It's causing me a lot of distress trying!

I'm just going to disconnect all four accounts from xbox live and be done with it.
